Sponge trimming machine is mainly used for trimming width of sponge. It is controlled by stepper motor. According to the required width, the number can be set by touch screen. The operation is simple and the result is accurate.

This machine is mainly used for mixing and foaming of foamed sponge’s raw materials. It is designed with VF two-stage stepless speed control, featured by automatic timing at high-speed stage, and is provided with automatic brake unit. It allows steady quality of foamed sponge and simpler operation.
